    昨年１０月まで、ヤフー知恵袋上で口コミ代行業を行っていた都内の広告会社の社員は、「バイトに書き込む文言を指示して投稿させていた」と打ち明ける。英会話教材、健康食品、化粧品などの数十社と契約し、「英会話のテープはどれがいい？」「実際に聴いてみたら、これが一番だった」などと投稿させ、回答欄には会社のホームページのアドレスを入れるという。１回の料金は５０００円で、２０回８万円などのセット価格も用意。約１年で１００万円ほどの収益を得ていたという。
